FAYETTEVILLE, NC – Attorney Rebecca Britton, managing partner of Britton Law, announced today that John H. Britton has joined the firm as a partner.
John Britton, formerly a partner with The Law Firm of Hutchens, Senter & Britton, P.A., will focus his practice on business, foreclosure and civil litigation.
“John brings a whole new area of practice to Britton Law,” says Rebecca Britton; “We are pleased to be able to offer John’s business acumen and advocacy to our clients and this community. He will be a tremendous resource to local businesses, providing the perspective and insight that few can offer due to his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and his prior business experience.”
Britton received his law degree from Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in Buies Creek, N.C., and his undergraduate degree from the University of Maine in Presque Isle. He also earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
A member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Britton serves on the Law Practice Management Section Council of the North Carolina Bar Association. He also is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, Cumberland County Bar Association, and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
